Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy has been an American actress since 1983. After her debut film in 1983's Bad Boys, she was part in the Brat Pack group of actors and starred as a character in WarGames The Breakfast Club and Short Circuit. In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. On the 12th of April, in 1992 Sheedy married actor David Lansbury who is the cousin to actress Angela Lansbury and son of Edgar Lansbury the original producer of Godspell. Beckett was born to them in 1994. Beckett is transgender and with whom Sheedy claims she has had a great experience.
